she’s headed to the farm (my mom) until all this paperwork is sorted out.
hopefully we can ship her down south within a month or so…

On a positive note, now when she comes down, you’ll have your house set up and be all settled in, so she’ll have an easier time adjusting. Which probably isn’t much of a consolation, but I think things like this happen for a reason.
