Commenting on comments

so, like, where have i been?

just a super duper quick Friday night HELLO HI HELLO drive-by and a short comment about comments…

okay, two comments about comments. first off, i love them. i’m okay with talking to myself, but i love it when you guys let me know someone out there is actually reading. and you’re actually nice, so what’s not to love about you guys and your lovely lovable comments??

secondly, it might be bad blog etiquette, but i don’t like responding to your comments in the post thread. i write here. you write there. and if you actually want a response, please be sure to use a valid email address. i’ll just write you back directly and that way you don’t have to check back in the post to see if your question was answered.

i promise not to sign you up for the Viagra Hourly Email.

fair enough? fair enough!

I noticed your lululemon outfit in a pic, and now the bag…i never took you for a lululemon kinda girl. I like the stuff but i’m afraid that if I bought anything there someone would expect me to do yoga ;) Plus I think it’s more of a west coast thing..toronto people wearing that stuff just seems wrong.
A comment on your comment about comments…i ask a lot of questions in my comments, but they’re never questions that i want/expect answers for. It’s just how my thoughts end up coming out. (although it’s always very nice getting a personal email from you)
Congratulations on completing week 2 of med school!!! I am finished week 1, and am trapped somewhere between scared-exhausted-in doubt-elated-excited.

By the way…I’ve been a comment freak lately, because i’m spending most of my time sitting here at my desk studying, and your website is always a much needed and appreciated (and frequent) distraction.

I just wanna say that you starting med school after having been in the workforce for so long is really inspirational. I know at least one other person who reads your blog and agrees! No need for a reply!

I hope you get some great non-study you time this weekend and a few nice phone calls from home!
