Orientation

Medical University of the Americas

right now it’s 335 am in Vancouver. i’m up drinking coffee and getting ready to attend MUA orientation in an hour or so.

i had a hard time falling asleep last night. but i am so glad that when my alarm went off this morning, the sun was already up. that’s going to help a LOT in the next year or so.

… not sure what to say here. how do i reflect on this moment i’ve been waiting four years for? i’m a bit nervous. but with a healthy dash of excitement. i can’t yet tell if my Canadian organic coffee grounds are fueling or calming the butterflies in my stomach. i worked hard and sacrificed a lot to get here. this is a big deal.

more to come later today, i guess. : ))
