Singing the night away
as previously mentioned, here is a photo of the wee tiny tree frog that keeps me up* 5 nights out of 7.
the night that i took the photo, i recorded this clip (YouTube) of his siren song from my bedroom. the frog is at the front of the house — through the next room (office) — and all of the windows are closed. you’ll also notice that the ceiling fan is going and can probably hear the a/c running.
in other words, white noise is absolutely useless at drowning him out.
this is only a 10 second clip, but believe me. he can last for hours. in a way it makes me nostalgic for the ambulance and fire truck sirens that zoom by Jonathan’s condo in Vancouver.

*not entirely true. yes, i am getting used to him (and his buddies). yes, i do wear earplugs some nights (when i’m sure i won’t sleep through my alarm the next morning). and no, he doesn’t go all night, every night.

He doesn’t even sound like a frog, he sounds like a doorbell on ‘stuck’.

Can you rerecord the sirene without the fan and a/c? I want that sound for my mobile when a text-message arrives ;)

OMG – I can’t believe you have to put up with that! It would drive me bonkers! That little thing makes that noise?

Every body acknowledges that our life seems to be high priced, nevertheless we need cash for various issues and not every man earns enough cash. Thence to receive good loan and just collateral loan would be a correct solution.
