some combination of not riding my bicycle to school (more to come on that later) and stress kept me from my comfortably early bedtime toward the end of last block. as such, i had a little hiatus from the 4am mornings for a week or so.

but they’re back with a vengeance. and so are the spilled coffee experiences.

i really think my most important med school lesson will be: move a little slower and more carefully in the wee hours of the morning when unsipped precious caffeine is involved.

    I have that mug, too. Maybe to avoid spillage, you could put the lid on it. :)

    Good that you took a break from 4AM for a short while. Looks like the suggestion of a lid would be a good Idea.
    Hope you get your bike back soon. The ride probably helps with the stress.
