Checking the weather in London

sunny smile

woke up to an empty house this morning and it’s sort of sad. i miss you already, Tiffany. it was truly a refreshing treat to see my favourite little island through your unique perspective. i’m thrilled that you made friends from here to Gingerland and back again because hopefully it means you’ll visit again soon!

whether you’re drinking Stingers at Chevy’s or arguing American beef at Eddy’s or watching cockroaches at Coconut Grove or making me blush at Mem’s or telling the same story over and over or discussing the meaning of life while squished with me in the hammock, you bring wonderful light into the lives of those of us lucky enough to have you around. i hope the sky is dreadfully overcast in London so you can take care of that sunburn. i even had a dream about shopping for microdermabrasion products with you last night!

and for all of those forecasts of scattered showers, did it even rain once while you were here?? you bring sunshine with you. i can’t wait for our next international rendezvous in Spokane or Thailand or wherever.
