		<description>i smoke a couple of times a year. on camping trips and things like that. I never smoke within a 24 hour period of having to do anything of importance. If it is legal and socially acceptable for a doctor to have a couple martinis a couple times a week, then how is it possible that my conduct could be more harmful to myself or to my patients.</description>
