slowly catching up with everything. it doesn’t help that i am sick for the first time since arriving on Nevis and sound like a 40-year old 2-pack-a-day puffing man.

I know you’d expect to hear something like this from your Grand ma,,, but here goes..
Be sure to keep hydrated. Don’t miss your meals.
Try to eat fresh fruits and try to get as much sun light..
