the holiday was nice while it lasted. i want to rewind and do it all over again.

but there are 20 months of facts to re-learn and re-cram into my head over the next 8 weeks. and there is no way my bank account can afford another round of shopping in Venice. so, i’m prepared to suck it up and get on with the dirty work. here is my plan:

1) follow a modified version of Topher’s suggested scheduled based on First Aid. my online calendar will be updated with a theoretical plan and modified to fit reality as i go.

2) reserve Sunday nights for “to do lists” and Mondays as “days off” for wedding errands, email, internet stuff, yard work, etc.

3) take the USMLE Step 1 on June 30th July 8th (earliest available exam booking) in Saskatoon!

sounds simple, right?

i hope so. actually, i’m just hoping my days are so busy i fall into bed every night too exhausted to notice Brandon isn’t there.

this month might really suck.

Happy Studying :) Hopefully time flies and you’ll be back with Brandon shortly!

I am just curious why you feel like you need this much time? You have already done 5367563 qbank questions, your school made you take the fake-USMLE before you can even pass 2nd year, which seems guarantee their pass rate to increase, for one.

I am just curious, YOU seem like the last person who *needs* a whole extra 2 months, after you have been preparing for this exam during, what seems like, the last 2 years. More so than anyone I have ever heard of, ever!
So, why so much anxiety? It seems pretty clear you are more than prepared….2 months is a long time.

When do you start rotations? We start June 8th and just ended classes on Friday. Don’t you want to just take it and relax?

Best of luck with the exam baby!! I will be routing you on as I continue to cram everything to go and retry the exit exam. You know that you know the information. Re-fresh it, maybe learn a few nuances you have forgotten and shoot for the moon. All my love, missing you tons!!
