You guys are the best
just got back from Saskatoon and am spending a bit of time this morning getting all teary eyed (okay, so i’m a little more on the side of “blubbering”) as i try to catch up on email.
thank you for your generous and encouraging and thoughtful and heart-warming emails and comments. i am so lucky to have such a wonderful tight-knit circle of international friends and family.
i may or may not have a bunch of cathartic venting about the exam to come… but in the meantime, here’s proof i went in smiling. because if you’re not smiling, then really, what’s the point?

P.S. Re-reading this, I’m going to be sure to walk into my scary exam with a great big smile on my face too, because you’re totally right: “if you’re not smiling, then really, what’s the point?”
